jw8 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Purpose of the Terms

jw8 is an online gaming and casino platform that provides slots, live casino, sports betting and various other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. This document establishes the legal relationship between the user and the jw8 platform.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines form an integral part of these Terms. These documents must also be read before using the platform.

1.2 Definitions

• "Platform" — the jw8 website, mobile application and all associated services.
• "User" — any person who has registered on the platform or is using the services.
• "Account" — the user's registered profile and associated balance.
• "Bonus" — any promotional reward or additional credit granted by jw8.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When creating an account, the user must provide accurate and complete information:

• Full name (as per national ID card or passport)
• Active mobile number (for OTP verification)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (to confirm age of 21 or above)

jw8 reserves the right to close an account at any time if false information is provided, and any outstanding bonuses in that account may be cancelled.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jw8 may request identity documents from the user at any time for verification purposes. Identity verification may be mandatory before processing a withdrawal or for large transactions. A national ID card, passport or other government-issued identity document is generally accepted for verification.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Creating more than one account using the same person, household, mobile number, bank account or mobile banking number is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

3.1 Minimum Age

To open an account on jw8 and participate in any game or betting activity, the user must be 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by anyone under age is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

Users from certain countries or regions may not be able to use jw8's services for legal reasons. It is the user's own responsibility to confirm whether using online gaming services is lawful in their country or location.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit on jw8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods).
• The name registered on the account and the name on the payment method must match at the time of deposit.
• Deposits through a third party are prohibited.
• Once a deposit is verified, it is generally credited to the account within a short time.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been met.
• jw8 will not process any withdrawal request without verification.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000 — and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.

5.2 Regular Promotions

The following promotions are currently available on jw8:

• jw8 Weekly Deposit Gift: 20% bonus on deposits each week, up to ৳5,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳500.
• jw8 Slot Festival Bonus: weekly 30% bonus for slot game players, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20x.
• jw8 Cricket Dhamaka: 25% weekend bonus for cricket betting, up to ৳6,000; wagering 15x.
• jw8 Birthday Special Reward: automatic reward on your birthday of up to ৳2,000; wagering 10x.
• Refer a Friend, Win with jw8: up to ৳1,500 reward for each successful referral; wagering 12x.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be usable on specified games or sections.
• No withdrawal may be made before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• A bonus does not count as real money — it is converted to cash only after the specified wagering is completed.
• jw8 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion; previously granted active bonuses will remain valid.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on jw8 are operated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures every outcome is completely impartial and not predetermined. The same principle applies to slot games, live casino and all other games.

6.2 Policy on Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a server outage, network issue or software error, jw8 will attempt to restore the game state as far as possible after investigation. However, if full restoration is not possible, the affected round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jw8:

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using another person's account or transferring an account to a third party.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassment of other users or jw8 staff.

7.1 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) confidential. If there is any suspicion of unauthorised access to the account, jw8's support team must be notified immediately.

jw8 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal information secure.

7.2 Use of Personal Information

8.1 Setting Gaming Limits

Gaming should never be seen as a source of income. Avoid placing more bets in an attempt to recover money that has been lost.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If a user feels their gaming habits are getting out of control, they can contact the jw8 support team directly to request a temporary or permanent break on their account. jw8 will action a self-exclusion request promptly upon receipt.

9.1 Account Closure by the User

Any user may permanently close their account at any time by contacting the jw8 support team. Before closing the account, they must ensure that no active bonus wagering is incomplete and that the available balance has been withdrawn.

9.2 Account Suspension by jw8

jw8 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or incorrect information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or attempted fraud.
• Use of unauthorised software.
• Suspicion of money laundering or financial crime.

After account closure, any unpaid bonus will be cancelled. However, a request may be made to withdraw any valid balance.

10.1 Service Availability

jw8 aims to maintain the highest service standards, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. In such situations, jw8 is not liable for any financial loss suffered by the user, unless that loss is a direct result of jw8's own fault.

10.2 Third-Party Services

The jw8 platform includes services from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution, PG Soft, etc.). jw8's liability is limited in the event of any fault or disruption in these third-party services.

11.1 Right to Make Changes

jw8 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or their registered email.

11.2 Continued Use After Changes

Continued use of the platform after the terms have been updated will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If a user does not agree to the new terms, they may request to close their account.
